The construction site of the high-pressure jet grouting pile is uneven or unreal: it is difficult to ensure the level, integrity and stability when the drilling rig is installed in place; The high-pressure jet grouting pile is mainly applicable to the treatment of foundation soil such as silt, muddy soil, cohesive soil and artificial backfill soil. The drilling rig is horizontal, upright and stable when installed in place. However, the drilling rig is inclined or displaced during the drilling pipe sinking and rotary jet grouting process, which often leads to the drilling. Inadequate drill pipe perpendicularity, I .e. drill pipe inclination of more than 1.5 per cent, can also cause the borehole to be inclined.

1. The main reason for the difficulty and deflection of the borehole sinking pipe: encountering underground obstacles or buried objects, such as tree stump, underground cable trench, underground sewage trench, large rocks in construction waste, etc., often leads to the difficulty of borehole sinking pipe.

2. Preventive measures for difficult and deviated borehole sinking

When encountering underground obstacles or buried objects, the underground obstacles or buried objects shall be removed in time, or the pile position shall be moved. After the measurement and setting-out of the pile position of the jet grouting pile is completed, drill probing shall be carried out within a certain range, the main purpose is to find out whether there are underground obstacles or buried objects at the pile position; if encountering underground obstacles or buried objects, if there are excavation conditions, the underground obstacles or buried objects shall be excavated and removed in time. If the excavation conditions are not available, the pile position shall be moved in time and the pile spacing shall be adjusted.

Before the construction of high-pressure jet grouting pile, the verticality of the drill pipe should be checked, and the inclination of the drill pipe should be controlled within 1.5%.

⑴ The pile placement site shall be drilled, and the pile drilling point shall be removed or moved in case of underground buried objects.

⑵ The site shall be leveled before jet grouting, and the vertical inclination of drill pipe shall be within 0.3%.

(3) The side nozzle is used to reduce the aperture of the slurry outlet and improve the spraying capacity, so that the amount of slurry is equivalent to the actual demand and the slurry is reduced.

Control the cement slurry mix ratio.

Before the construction of high-pressure jet grouting pile, the site shall be leveled first to ensure that the drilling rig is level, regular and stable when it is installed in place, and to ensure that the drilling rig equipment does not tilt or shift during the construction process. At the same time, the drilling rig shall be checked frequently for level, regular and stable during the construction process. If the drilling rig is found to tilt, the drilling rig shall be leveled again before the high-pressure jet grouting pile construction.
