Recently, many customers have worried about the operation and management standards of drilling rigs. We have summarized the following points for your reference, hoping to be helpful to you.

1. Pay attention to the temperature change of each moving part. The temperature of oil pump, hydraulic motor, bearing, motor, etc. should not exceed 70 ℃, and the oil temperature should not exceed 65 ℃, otherwise it should be stopped for inspection and treatment.

2. There should be enough clean hydraulic oil in the oil tank. The oil tank should be filled with L-HM46 anti-wear hydraulic oil according to the elevation (see the product manual for the volume of the oil tank and the initial filling amount). The technical indicators of hydraulic oil must meet the requirements, and the hydraulic oil added to the oil tank must be filtered by a 10 μm filter. (This is for XL, GL, DGZ, RJP, XDQ, XDL series drilling rigs, see the instructions for other drilling rigs)

3. The hydraulic oil tank must be cleaned before replacing the hydraulic oil. The newly replaced hydraulic oil must meet the cleanliness requirements of the hydraulic pump (see the instructions for details). When adding hydraulic oil to the oil tank, it must pass the oil filter.

4. After the drilling rig is connected, first jog the motor and watch the motor forward and reverse. Its steering direction shall be consistent with the arrow mark on the oil pump transmission bracket or the pump. After confirmation, it shall be officially started. After running for several minutes without load, there shall be no abnormal sound. After the test run of each moving part reciprocates and the abnormal situation is eliminated, the construction can be loaded.

5. During the drilling process of the drilling rig, the power head is strictly prohibited from reversing. Only when the drill pipe is disassembled and the thread is connected, the drill pipe in the hole can be reversed.

6, the operator should be in accordance with the provisions of the standard operation, the change can not be too fast, so as to avoid hydraulic shock, damage to the parts.

7, in the process of drilling often observe the pressure gauge, display reading changes, found abnormal timely treatment. (See instructions)

8. During the drilling process, it is strictly prohibited to stand within the rotation range of the drilling rig platform, and it is strictly prohibited to touch the moving rotating part. When loading and unloading the drill pipe, the operators should coordinate and pay attention to the operation safety.

9. Regularly replace the oil return filter element to avoid clogging the filter element and large oil return resistance.

10. Clean the drilling rig after the end of each shift. The tools attached to the drilling rig shall be complete. When wearing parts and spare parts are insufficient, contact and purchase them at any time. When they are not used for a long time, lubricate the key parts according to the instructions.

11, long-distance relocation, removed oil pipe, high-pressure hose to be coiled neatly, all joints with joint caps sealed, so as to avoid dirt into the hydraulic oil pollution.

12, lifting, loading and unloading, transportation process, should pay attention to protect the pressure gauge, operation panel, handle, exposed oil pipe joints, sensors, cooler fan, cylinder rod exposed parts, etc., to avoid bumping, causing damage.
